I've been on my own fitness journey for a decade now and I've done it all, just about! ⬆️

From skinny fat, to gaining muscle, & getting shredded a few times. I've rebounded from getting shredded (ick) and swung the pendulum too far the other way.. 😬 I've lost weight a few times from going too overboard- aka being too lackadaisical with my discipline/structure. And most importantly I've found how to LIVE fit🙌
